At GRUPO ADLANTER, S.A., together with our subsidiaries (hereinafter, ADLANTER), we have implemented an Internal Information System (SIIF). This system integrates our internal communication channels and is essential for promoting a culture of ethical, responsible, and sustainable conduct, supervising, controlling, and preventing regulatory compliance.

The SIIF is the preferred and mandatory channel for reporting violations and regulatory non-compliance, protecting whistleblowers from any risk of retaliation with the necessary protective measures.

Our SIIF is designed and managed with the required security, confidentiality, and data protection measures. We are supported by BONET consulting, which provides professionalism, experience, independence, and regulatory compliance.

ADLANTER guarantees anonymity, proper record-keeping, preservation and non-alteration of information, prevention of conflicts of interest, whistleblower protection, and a strict prohibition on retaliation.

Information Channels

At ADLANTER, we have enabled various internal communication channels that allow for both written and verbal submissions. To achieve this, we have the configuration, design, and support of an external expert, ensuring the highest levels of professionalism, experience, independence, confidentiality, data protection, and whistleblower security, as well as other relevant aspects for these channels.

Digital Channel

At ADLANTER, we provide an online tool that allows any employee or individual associated with ADLANTER to submit a written report. You can access it through the following link: https://corporate-line.com/cnormativo-grupoadlanter.

This tool includes security measures that ensure the protection of information, the identity of the whistleblower and affected individuals, as well as confidentiality and discretion throughout the entire management and processing of the report.

 

Face-to-Face Channel

At ADLANTER, we offer our employees and related third parties the option of an in-person channel for verbal reports, either through a face-to-face meeting or via videoconference.

To ensure compliance with our commitments and guarantees outlined in our Policy and the applicable regulatory framework, we have entrusted the management of these reports to BONET consulting. This external expert guarantees the protection of the whistleblower’s identity throughout the entire process, from scheduling an appointment to submitting the report in person.

The professionals at BONET handle requests for in-person reports and are responsible for collecting and preserving all submitted information. In accordance with the law, these meetings will be documented through an anonymized recording, with the prior consent of the whistleblower.

To ensure the necessary protection and security measures, reports cannot be submitted or registered directly via phone or email. These tools are exclusively designated for coordinating with technical personnel to schedule the date, time, and location for an in-person report.
